A modern, AI-native CRM built around a flexible, customizable data model. Marketed as "the CRM for the next generation," popular with startups, GTM teams, and VC firms.
Composable data model with custom objects, attributes, and many-to-many relationships rather than fixed Contacts/Companies/Deals. Multiple views (spreadsheet tables, kanban, calendar, dashboards), drag-and-drop reporting, automated workflows, email sequences, call intelligence, email/calendar sync, a Chrome extension, and automatic data enrichment. A fast columnar database delivers sub-50ms queries over millions of rows.
Positioned as AI-native. Features include "Ask Attio" natural-language querying, AI agents, AI attributes that automatically research/classify/enrich records, auto-summaries, and call intelligence. Robust REST API (~100 read/sec, 25 write/sec). Official hosted MCP server at mcp.attio.com with OAuth — supports Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor; reads auto-approved, writes require confirmation.
Per-seat plus usage credits. Free (up to 3 users, 50,000 records, 250 automation credits/month); Plus, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Pro is around $69/user/month annual with 10,000 credits, Call Intelligence, and up to 12 custom objects; Enterprise reportedly starts around $119/user/month with unlimited objects, SAML/SSO, and advanced admin. July 2025 raised credit allotments (Free 250, Plus 1,500, Pro 10,000).
Native integrations include Slack, Outreach, Typeform; full REST API; Chrome extension; official MCP server. Native integration breadth is narrower than incumbents — database/ERP sync at scale often requires API work or middleware.
GDPR and SOC 2 Type II compliant; ISO 27001 referenced; CCPA. EU-based (London) with EU data hosting, encryption at rest/in transit, DPA available. Customer data is not used to train third-party public models.
Founded 2017 in London by Nicolas Sharp (CEO) and Alexander Christie (CTO); publicly launched 2022 after a pivot from Fundstack (a VC-focused CRM). Per Attio's August 26, 2025 announcement, raised a $52M Series B led by GV bringing total to $116M, with 5,000 paying customers including Lovable, Granola, Modal, and Replicate.
Strong. Custom objects allow modeling fund entities, portfolio companies, LPs, and deal flow. The founders' VC-CRM background (Fundstack) and the flexible relationship-intelligence model make it well suited to deal sourcing, relationship mapping, and pipeline tracking. The MCP server enables AI-native workflows.
Not optimized out-of-the-box for outbound sales execution; complex setups require "system builder" thinking; pricing scales with usage/credits; native integration breadth is narrower than incumbents.
